Learning From My Gambling Mistakes

I have been betting on the internet or at land based gambling halls for a great many years. I have been taught, the craving usually will take a hold of you and you will not even see it till you are bankrupt. Markedly if you are on a profit streak. I have been through uncounted hundreds of dollars in a very tiny period of time and even today, I still go a bit too long. It seems you are only having fun until you decide to consider your losses and the anguish sets in, and then you continue advising yourself "I am able to win it back" a number of times. It does not work. Then you get sick to your gut and the harder you attempt the more rapidly you give away.

When you find that you are ahead, Remain in the Black! When you begin to fritter away, don’t convince yourself, "well only maybe one more" and again and again, believe me, this tactic almost never ever works. Say you plan on wagering on slots, have a number set aside ahead of starting your gambling. DON’T go over that limit, regardless of how tempting. If you happen to profit, put that in an alternate cup. Don’t wager your payouts no matter what. Once you have played through your initial predetermined threshold, stop. Leave, whether it’s online or at a brick and mortar gambling den, do not stick at the tables or machines. Make sure to remember, there will be another day, another time. Clearly, this tactic can function for any casino game that you gamble on, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, chemin de fer or any other game.

Remember, betting is supposed to be entertaining not demanding, appalling work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you do not belong at the casinos. If you cannot afford the loss, do not even start.
